Welcome to the Communications Committee Home Page! The primary responsibility of this committee is to distribute neighborhood and community event information in an efficient and timely manner. Some primary communication vehicles will be this website, e-mail, letters, flyers, and signs.

Northlake News Anchor and Newscasters

News Anchor
The Northlake News Anchor helps coordinate neighborhood distributions with the Newscasters. The primary responsibilities include:
• receive Committee and Board requests for neighbor distributions
• be willing to keep a weather-proof box somewhere easily accessible by Newscasters to pick up flyers, brochures, etc.
• work with Newscasters to ensure all flyers can be distributed in a timely manner
• be available to meet with the rest of the Committee

Volunteer to be the Northlake News Anchor.

Newscasters
The Northlake Newscasters are responsible for helping communicate the exciting news and events happening in and around our neighborhood throughout the year.

Each Newscaster has been assigned to specific neighborhood areas . The information will be placed in everyone's newspaper box until 90% of neighbors provide email addresses. In the event that the primary Newscaster is unable to distribute the flyers, etc., a back-up Newscaster has been assigned. These measures are taken to ensure information from the Association or Committees is distributed to all neighbors in a timely and inexpensive manner.
