Minutes of the Meeting of the Board of Directors
Monday, June 19, 2006
The Harbor Annex
Board Members Present: Kelly Stelzer, Bob Shively,
Dave Kalshoven, Steve Hill
Board Members Absent: Steve Globerman
Other Association Members Present: General membership - 0
Kelly Stelzer called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm
May 2006 Board meeting minutes were reviewed and unanimously approved
Old Business
- Out-Lots Deed – Kelly Stelzer confirmed there are no taxes associated with the out
lots. All agreed that the Association should not take ownership until the issue with out
lot 7 is resolved. Kelly Stelzer to discuss possible options with Dave Roark. Steve Hill
contacted Chuck Nahn to gather as much information as possible regarding history of out
lot 7 issue.
- Burned Out Lights at Indigo Way entrance – Kelly Stelzer will call Middleton Electric
to replace
- ACC Task Force update – Dave Shields will come to the July NNABOD meeting and provide
a report on the task force
- ACC Non-Compliance Procedures – Updated
- Hill Birschbach issue: Birschbach’s have yet to implement changes requested/agreed
to. Dave Kalshoven motioned to send Birschbach’s a letter requiring completion by end of
day July 5 or legal action will be pursued including recovery of legal fees. Bob seconded
the motion. The motion was voted on and approved 3-0 with Steve Hill abstaining from the
vote.
- Addition of 2006 Budget and balance sheets to the website - Kalshoven will update
and send to Tanya to post on web site
- Green Space behind Korosec’s, Beth Korosec advised that in her opinion the green space
behind her was not adequately taken care of. Board will look at how the grass is growing
and assess needs. Quote for $1800 to re-sod and stake was determined unnecessary and too
expensive.
New Business
- Bushes need trimming at front entrance: Kelly Stelzer to call Steve Bassett to find
out when he plans to trim the front bushes.
- Weeds need to be pulled: Kelly to ask Steve Bassett to pull weeds when he trims
bushes.
- Dead bush needs to be removed by entrance sign. Does not need replacing as it is
currently covering up part of the sign. Kelly Stelzer to have removed.
- Sprinkler system needs to have valve inspection and be turned on.
Finance Committee:
2006 Dues – Dues notices – Dave advised that good progress is being made as most
homeowners have sent in their dues. Will provide update at July meeting.
Architectural Control Committee:
Communications Committee:
Update – Tanya gave notice that effective November she will no longer be able to
maintain the website. Need to replace Tanya and look at other possible options for
maintaining.
Neighborhood Maintenance:
Update – No update. Action will be taken to complete the above mentioned maintenance
items.

Meeting location
- Northlake Neighborhood Association next and future board meetings will be at The
Harbor Annex located at 2711 Allen Blvd (corner of Allen Blvd and Century Ave).
- Dates and time will continue to be the third Monday of the month as follows:
