Minutes of the Meeting of the Board of Directors
Monday, March 20, 2006

Board Members Present: Larry Andrews, Steve Globerman,
Kelly Stelzer, Steve Hill, Bob Shively
Board Members Absent: Dave Kalshoven
Other Association Members Present: General membership-1
Larry Andrews called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.
February 2006 Board meeting minutes were reviewed and approved
Old Business
- Jon Birschbach lot 98 spoke to the board with regard to the ongoing Birschbach / Hill
issue. Jon and Donna Birschbach have agreed to sign the letter written to them on behalf
of the NNA attorney Greg Seibold. As for the Norwood Maple, it was determined that the
ACC would visit the Birschbach lot to review if the tree needs to be moved or can stay
where it is.
- Dave Kalshoven will respond to the e-mail from homeowner regarding green space
- Dave Kalshoven gave all board members copies of bi laws
New Business
Ron Scheinin has resigned as president of NNABOD. We will review at April board meeting
who will replace Ron as president.
Finance Committee:
Task Force:
Steve Hill will contact Dave Shields to request a task force report at the April
2006 board meeting.
Architectural Control Committee:
Communications Committee:
Social Committee:
Steve Hill advised The Tribune Times sponsors the Middleton Garage Sale. The dates
for the Middleton Garage Sale are Friday, May 5 through Saturday, May 6, 2006. Steve
will e-mail Tanya to put a broadcast out to homeowners asking when they want to have
the Northlake Garage, either the same dates as, or before or after Middleton. Dates
before would be Thursday, April 27 through Saturday, April 29, 2006 or after Thursday,
May 18 through Saturday, May 20, 2006. The e-mail would also be a request for
neighborhood volunteer to run the garage sale.
Neighborhood Maintenance:
Kelly Stelzer advised that four Leaf quote for mowing this year increased from $390 per
event to $400 per event.
Other Business
Meeting location
- Northlake Neighborhood Association next and future board meetings will be at The
Harbor Annex located at 2711 Allen Blvd (corner of Allen Blvd and Century Ave).
- Dates and time will continue to be the third Monday of the month as follows:
