Minutes of the Meeting of the Board of Directors

Monday, February 27, 2006
Middleton Public Library

Board Members Present: Larry Andrews, Steve Globerman, Dave Kalshoven, Kelly Stelzer, Steve Hill, Bob Shively

Board Members Absent: Ron Scheinin

Other Association Members Present: General membership-0

Larry Andrews called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

With the following addendum to the January 2006 Board meeting minutes:
February meeting date changed from February 20, 2006 to February 27, 2006, Larry Andrews call for a vote and all approved.


Old Business

• Beth Korosec was not at the meeting and has not received letter from attorney regarding Hill / Birschbach issue. Bob Shively will communicate to Beth to have attorney send copy of letter to board for final approval prior to mailing. Bob will also call the attorney to find out when he plans to mail the letter to Beth.
• Dave Kalshoven will respond to the e-mail from homeowner regarding green space
• Dave Kalshoven gave all board members copies of bi laws

New Business

Finance Committee:
• Dave Kalshoven reported there is one homeowner that has not paid dues from last year. Dave Kalshoven will contact attorney
• Dave Kalshoven advised that bills can not be paid with Ron Scheinin out of town as his signature is required on all check
• Dave Kalshoven passed out February 2006 Finance Committee Report and invoice letter being mailed to NNA homeowners for 2006 dues

Task Force:
Steve Hill will contact Dave Shields to request a task force report at the March 20, 2006 board meeting.

Safety Committee:
No report.

Architectural Control Committee:
No update.

Communications Committee:
No update.

Social Committee:
Steve Hill will contact Middleton City hall to find out when the annual Middleton garage sale will be held.

Neighborhood Maintenance:
Kelly Stelzer reported that True Green has been awarded to maintain Northlake Neighborhood 2006 lawn care.

Other Business

Meeting location

• Middleton Public Library is reserved for Monday, March 20, 2006
• The board decided in an effort to have the monthly board meeting closer to Northlake in hopes that more homeowners would attend, starting with the April board meeting, all board meetings would be held at Harbor Office Complex
• Steve Hill is to confirm availability of room for first board meeting held at Harbor on Monday, April 17, 2006 and will provide information to web master for posting on web site

Kelly Stelzer motioned to adjourn meeting at 7:25 p.m. Dave Kalshoven seconded the motion and the meeting adjourned at 7:26 p.m.
