the other members of the Social Committee are continuing to distribute
welcome baskets.

concerns about the lawn mowing.
Leone agreed to solicit bids for maintaining (weeding, trimming bushes,
etc.) the neighborhood planting areas for the remainder of 2004.
Safety Committee:
Nahn reported that he would ask Barry Reynolds if he would spearhead
the Safety Committee (to replace Pat Reid).
Nahn then distributed the Highlands of Bishops Bay annexation agreement.
He referred to the traffic studies that have been and are being conducted
because of this proposed annexation.

Prior to the meeting, Tanya Buchanan provided a written copy of
Communications Committee Update - as of July 12, 2004. The document

the Update. Halberslaben seconded the motion. The Communication Committee
Update was unanimously accepted.
