Covenants
Dear (Homeowner's Name):
During a recent routine inspection of homes within the Northlake
Neighborhood it was noted that the following appears to be in violation
of the Architectural Control Guidelines or Covenants:

If you agree that you are in violation, please correct this violation
within thirty (30) days from the date of this letter. Please advise
us, either in writing or by phone that you have made the necessary
corrections(s) and an inspection will be scheduled. If you feel
that you are not in violation, you may appeal this citation to the
Architectural Control Committee. Appeals must be in writing and
should be forwarded to:
