RE: Violation of Northlake Neighborhood Covenants - Second and Final notice

Dear (Homeowner's Name):

Please see the attached copy of the first notice of violation. Please be advised that the alleged violation of the Architectural Guidelines or Covenants still exists. Correction of this violation within ten (10) days from the date of this letter is required. If correction(s) is (are) not made or the ACC has not received an appeal within ten (10) days, the Board of Directors will consider legal actions, such as the filing of a Notice of Covenant Violation lien or suit to compel compliance. Advise either in writing or by phone that you have made necessary correction(s).

You may still appeal the violation to the Architectural Control Committee if you feel that you are not in violation. Appeals must be in writing and should be forwarded to:
